As well as practising as a mediator, Bill also practices as a barrister and a workplace investigator. He is based at Commercial Bank Chambers in Lismore.
He has over 35 years experience as a lawyer, and has been mediating a variety of disputes since 2014. Bill also accepts engagements as a workplace investigator, enquiring into and producing reports about workplace misconduct for employers and clubs.
Registered on the NSW Supreme Court list of approved mediators.
General Member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal's Consumer and Commercial Division.
Member of Australian Mediators Association.
Registered with Commonwealth Attorney General's Department as an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Fees range between $1500 for a half day to $2,750 for a full day. This fee includes all preparation correspondence etc. unless the matter is particularly complex.
Services are provided mainly in the Northern Rivers area, including Coffs Harbour, and also in Sydney and Brisbane. Generally there is no charge for travel or accommodation.
